If the death was unexpected, it’s important to first contact the police, who will manage the situation initially. If the death occurred naturally at home, an ambulance will help you get in touch with the GP. If the passing happened at a nursing home or palliative care facility, they will take care of the doctor’s certificate and notify us directly.
