Memorial Services

A memorial service is traditionally held after a cremation or burial has taken place.

This type of service can be held at any time from a few days after, up to or on the anniversary of death.

Memorial Service

The memorial service can be held in any location ranging from a funeral chapel, church, family home outdoors, and place of significance or out on the water (see ocean funerals).

Ocean FuneralOcean Funeral

The memorial service is held much like the traditional funeral service without the deceased being present at the service. Many families request to have the cremated remains of their loved one placed in an urn and presented at the service. On occasion the ashes can be interred in a memorial or scattered as part of the memorial service. Call 1800644524 now for more information
